Description
JOB SUMMARY: Hub Prevention Consultant collaborates with team of consultants, school districts, and community services providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include collaboration with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.
Will assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services to target population.
OTHER DUTIES: As assigned by Hub Supervising Prevention Consultant, Hub Assistant Director, and Hub Director.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field or Education preferred, experience in the provision of prevention education related programs.
At least three (3) years’ experience working in non-profit, social service environment in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention education programs, or any other human service programs preferred.
Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures preferred.
Note: Valid New Jersey driver’s license, safe driving record, and vehicle availability are required.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or Education related fields or 7 years of related experience preferred.
