Use a combination of modern communication channels, including video, email, social media, texting, and phone, to provide scalable engagement and solicitation opportunities that reflect the donor’s unique interests.
· Call constituents to build personal rapport, update information, and acquire gifts for the College.
· Assist with direct mail, email, texting and social media pieces to be used in various Annual Giving campaigns.
· Articulate the financial needs of Flagler College to alumni, parents, and friends of the institution over the phone and solicit gifts to the Flagler Fund.
· Actively inform prospects about the current happenings of Flagler College and answer any questions that they may have.
· Follow a call/text/email script while also having the choice to craft and write your own
· Respect the confidentiality of donor records by not sharing their information outside the call center
· Work with Advancement Services in creating thank you videos to be sent out to supporters (personal videos to donors of $250 to $999)
· Assist with weekly text messages to unanswered Phonathon calls and texts during campaigns like Giving Tuesday and Roar & Raise
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of pertinent communications following prospect and donor engagements within the database
· Assist with on-campus philanthropic events sponsored by the Office of Institutional Advancement as needed.

Required Qualifications:
· Strong work ethic
· Strong verbal communication skills / ability to speak in a confident, clear, and pleasant voice
· Comfort in soliciting personal donations
· Solid time management skills
· Persistence in securing a pledge and negotiating a pledge amount
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Dependable and motivated with excellent telephone skills and a clear speaking voice.
· Enthusiasm for Flagler, its mission and programs.
· Comfortable with recording videos and speaking with individuals at public events.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with non-profit organizations or fundraising projects.
· Previous Call Center experience.
· Prior event or video work.
Working Hours
· Shifts are available Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm to 6:00pm, Friday 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Able to work around class schedule.
· Student Philanthropy Officers are required to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
· Possible to pick up extra work at fundraising events (both daytime and evening events).
