Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Event Coordination: Help plan and execute charity events, from setup to breakdown, ensuring smooth operations at each stage.
- Engage with Attendees & Donors: Assist in building lasting relationships with donors, sponsors, and event participants to ensure continued support and engagement.
- Support Event Promotion: Help market fundraising events, leveraging various platforms such as social media, email, and community outreach to boost attendance and donations.
- Provide On-Site Support: Assist during live events, ensuring all logistics are in place, resolving any issues, and providing top-notch service to participants and clients.
- Track and Report Event Success: Help monitor fundraising progress, track donations, and provide insights into the overall success of the event to improve future initiatives.
- Participate in Training: Receive comprehensive training in fundraising, event coordination, and customer relationship management to ensure your professional development.
