QUALIFICATIONS

Possess 15+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, with success leading teams driving multi-million-dollar campaigns and budgets.

Minimum of 7–10 years of senior leadership experience managing and developing a high-performing fundraising team.

Demonstrated success expanding fundraising revenue and leading high-performing, multi-channel teams—including major gifts, annual giving, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and direct response fundraising. Experience with organizations at a scale comparable to or larger than LifeMoves is preferred.

Deep passion for LifeMoves mission and a strong understanding of the complexities of homelessness, housing, and social equity. Prior experience working in a nonprofit focused on homelessness, housing, or a related social impact field is a plus.

Experience working with engaged boards and donors, ideally within the Silicon Valley philanthropic community.

Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to integrate philanthropy, data, and infrastructure to scale results.

Proven ability to lead teams in leveraging CRMs, online giving platforms, and AI-enabled tools to enhance donor insights, performance forecasting, and campaign execution.

Skilled in inclusive team building, coaching, and embedding equity across strategy, culture, and communications.

Experience leading in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a high degree of adaptability and integrity.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
