Tetra Tech Inc. Disaster Recovery (TDR) is currently hiring for Administrative Assistants. The Administrative Assistant (Project Support) will have extraordinary attention to detail and be responsible for executing and overseeing daily assigned administrative duties to include but not limited to project/staffing support, priority and task tracking, meeting minutes, and calendar coordination for deliverables. This is an onsite position, and candidates are expected to work in a Tetra Tech office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
oBachelor’s degree preferred
oOffice suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Word experience required)
oMust have proficient verbal and written communications skills with the ability to receive and execute instructions
oAbility to multi-task and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
oWork attentively with minimal supervision
oWorkdays in excess of 8 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required
oHave extraordinary attention to detail
oAdaptable to work on simultaneous tasks and maintain professionalism

Standard Schedule:
oThis is a temporary assignment expected to last 6 months.
oWork hours are 8 hours per day 5 days per week. 30-Minunte Lunch & 2 Fifteen Minute Breaks. This may change based on program needs.
oWork on the weekend shifts is expected.

This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as needed" basis and will end. It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis.
