An exciting opportunity with Hartley Lifecare is now available for a House Supervisor to support three of our clients to live their best life.
The position is 67.5 hours per fortnight in the following roster:
Week 1: Thurs 7am-5pm Fri 7am-3:30pm Sat 8am-2:30pm Sun 7am-2pm Mon 7am-12:30pm
Week 2: Thurs 7am-5pm Fri 4pm-10pm S/O Sat 6am-10am Tues 2pm-10pm S/O Wed 6am-8am
The ideal candidates will have strong demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in the disability sector, excellent communication and the ability to work hands on alongside their team to achieve positive outcomes for the people they support. It will be an advantage for you to have qualifications in leadership and management.
