Position Summary
Winnie Capital seeks a dynamic Marketing and Social Media
Manager to develop and execute compelling content strategies across our diverse
brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate agility, creativity, and
strategic thinking while maintaining our commitment to quality and positive
impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
organic content strategy, planning, and execution for multiple brands
under the Winnie Capital umbrella
- Spearhead
ideation, conception, creation, and execution of all social content across
relevant brand channels
- Proactively
manage social performance across paid, earned, and owned channels
- Respond
with real-time content at the "speed of culture" as needs arise
across various brands and businesses
- Storyboard,
shoot, edit, and produce social content, including live coverage during
relevant brand events and experiences
- Identify,
engage, and manage content partners on photography, videography, and
graphic design as needed
- Drive
consumer and community engagement with external partners, including brand
activations and in-person experiences
- Lead
influencer and seeding strategy across various brands to drive earned
awareness and incentivize trial/purchase
- Develop
and execute email/CRM strategy for various Winnie Capital brands
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5
years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Demonstrated
ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns
- Proficiency
with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation
software
- Strong
creative abilities with experience in visual storytelling
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Ability
to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- As our first ever
Social Media Manager, you'll be the digital voice of our brands across
several platforms. This position is a full-time, on-site role based in our
vibrant Philadelphia office, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. You'll
be at the epicenter of our growth, crafting content that engages,
entertains, and builds our community.
- Occasional
evening and weekend work may be required.
- Ability
to travel to brand events and experiences as needed
- Capacity
to stand, walk, and actively participate during brand activations
