What You’ll Do:
- Directly oversee and support onsite facility management teams, ensure strong leadership, staff development, and operational excellence.
- Maintain effective policies, procedures, and financial controls to optimize facility operations while adhering to strict budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and agency policies.
- Collaborate with senior agency leadership to enhance and expand services, integrate principles of trauma-informed care and evidence-based best practices to foster a supportive, resident-centered environment.
- Meet or exceed resident and facility security standards, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with community partners, service providers, and funding agencies to enhance program sustainability and impact.
- Serve as a key contributor to the agency’s senior leadership team, supporting overall strategic initiatives, cross-department collaboration, and long-term organizational growth and resiliency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW), Human Services, Non-profit Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in residential or crisis service.
- This position requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree social work (MSW) or related field.
- Experience in working with populations affected by domestic violence, maternity crises or trauma.
- 2 years in a leadership role.
- CPR certification.
Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
