Operations Support Assistant

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Operations Support Assistant. The primary responsibility is to provide administrative services that leverage the state operating model and supports the local operations team and State leadership. The assistant provides administrative support and produces regular and on-time deliverables and reporting as assigned with a focus on providing data management in electronic health records and benefit coordination for the People We Serve (PWS).
Requirements:
- High School Degree
- Two years of administrative experience
- Proficient computer skills, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Experience in Therap preferred but not required.
- Experience with Colorado PEAK website, applying, renewing, and troubleshooting benefits.
- Driver’s License in good standing.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data entry and maintaining current and accurate information in the electronic health record (Therap).
- Process incident reports, upload documents, maintain current programs, and generate various reports.
- Supports PWS by completing and submitting accurately and timely annual benefit paperwork (Medicaid/food stamps/Social Security).
- Coordinates with external and internal team members to troubleshoot eligibility and billing issue for PWS.
- Maintains accurate rosters of the PWS with detailed status information in multiple spreadsheets that is consolidated regularly and in report format and provided to leadership.
- Supports Shared Living Coordinator with file management and background checks for independent contractors.
- Coordinates, schedules, and documents operational meetings as needed.
- Develop and maintain process/training documents for this position.
- Provide backup coverage for department receptionist as needed
- Other administrative tasks as assigned include mailing, meeting, and training prep, scanning, and filing.
