Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, event planning, hospitality, communications or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Previous experience in managing projects that include event logistics, contracting and bid-process and tracking expenses. Experience working with and for top level executives and high-ranking officials. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Must be very detail oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work in both a team environment and independently. Requires the ability to work extended hours including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.
