Gymnastics Coordinator. The starting wage is $19 an hour and can be a part-time or full-time position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
●Oversee
elements of preschool and progressive gymnastics as well as parkour programs
●Plan
and manage gymnastics facilities, events, clinics and classes
●Assist
in the hiring, leading, and training process for part-time parkour and
gymnastics staff
●Build
relationships with all gymnastics and parkour participants and families
●Work
closely with the Gymnastics Director to provide quality gymnastics and parkour
programming
Requirements
●Must have or receiving a degree in:
- Sport Management
- Rec. Management
- Or experience with gymnastics
●Willing to learn or have the knowledge of both
recreational and competitive gymnastics
●Ability to lift
equipment up to 70lbs and spot gymnasts up to 130 pounds
●Experience in
supervising and leading a team is preferred
