JOB SUMMARY:
The Impact and Evaluation Analyst, compiles, synthesizes and analyzes data, conducts research on topics relevant to service planning and evaluation of work related to addressing the Social Determinants of Health. The Impact Analyst assists in developing data gathering tools and sampling methodologies and works with the Managers, Directors, Executive management team and staff on specific projects and reports, while ensuring that services provided are in alignment with the Social Determinants of Health through a trauma informed care lens as defined by the agency.

Works cooperatively with all staff to accomplish the mission, goals, objectives and performance measures of the program and agency.
 
Job Functions:
  1. Ensures that clients have access, as needed, to all five pillars of the social determinants of health with a trauma informed lens through Agency services and/or community partners.
  2. Transforms performance data into stories of impact utilizing data and translating it into meaningful information.
  3. Designs and maintain performance dashboards, performance reports and participate in progress reviews and identifies actionable conclusions.
  4. Directs maintenance and reporting of at least one Agency database.
  5. Plans, designs, and executes agency staff training and ongoing user support.
  6. Develops & maintain documentation and reporting tools & processes.
  7. Develops and implements quality control mechanisms on data entered or imported. 
  8. Presents performance data at internal/external meetings and to leadership staff.
  9. Participates in grant performance audits both on- and off-site as needed.
  10. Participates in performance measurement and evaluation activities.
  11. Participates in capacity building efforts including on measurement, collective impact frameworks and data use for continuous improvement.

Education/Training/Experience:
  1. Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in program evaluation and social sciences or related field and three to five years’ experience or equivalent experience preferred.
  2. Experience with client management information systems design and maintenance.
  3. Experience with Business Intelligence reporting and data visualization tools.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manipulate datasets to identify and analyze trends and complex relationships.
  5. Experience in the use of data analysis software (e.g. MS, Excel, SAS, R, etc).
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and train others in data systems and analysis
 

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
