- Previous experience as a rehearsal or classroom accompanist required.
- Demonstrated proficiency and sensitivity in working on different styles and periods of music, composers, etc.
- Demonstrate the ability to cultivate appropriate, collegial relationships with faculty, students, and staff.
- Proficiency in transposition, accompaniment, and recommendations on best keys and/or songs for students.
- Must be attentive and engaged during class time, and able to accommodate students’ diversity, supporting equity in the classroom.
Position Minimum Hourly Rate or Annual Salary: $41.00
Position Maximum Hourly Rate or Annual Salary: $51.00
The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including department budget.
