Competencies/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree OR 2 years previous experience required.
- Formulate and update measurable treatment goals and objectives
- Recognize the importance of family and support systems in the treatment process
- Participate in continuing professional development
- Crisis prevention, intervention, and management skills
- Able to complete documentation in electronic health record in a timely manner
- Knowledge of emergency procedure for fire, disaster, and unplanned incidents
- Knowledge of CPR and First Aid Procedure and involvement in provided training at Skyland Trail
- Utilizes and adheres to HIPAA standards and Skyland Trail Confidentiality Policy
