BCBA Intake Coordinator

Job Description: The BCBA Intake Coordinator is responsible for supervising and maintaining their assigned clinic under the guidance of the Clinical Supervisor. This position oversees clinic staff and attends to issues at the designated clinic in the absence of the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Assistant.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinate and manage client intake processes, ensuring all documentation and client information is accurately recorded.
Determine client service eligibility and communicate next steps clearly and professionally.
Serve as point of contact for referral sources, managing intake and communications and follow-up.
Supervise staff when the Clinical Supervisor is not present.
Assist the Clinical Supervisor in making clinic specific checklists.
Assist therapists and clients, as needed.
Model MBT leadership- qualities (Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, Teachability)
Train and follow-up when new hires are present at clinic, communicating performance with Clinical Supervisor.
Complete and oversee opening/closing duties.
Assist Clinical Supervisor with any new tasks.
Newsletter and department communications.
Mentor RBTs and new hires.
Model leadership qualities of “People over Profit”.
Uphold ethical and professional standards within the MBT Clinics.
Communicate services provided by the MBT clinics to the greater community.
Attend Community Outreach events.
Work with Leadership team to plan and execute Sensory Santa.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:
•   Requires a minimum of 1 year experience as an Intake Coordinator at an ABA clinic
•   Experience working with children with special needs or other behavioral disorders
•   Degree or pursuing a degree in Psychology, Special Education or a related healthcare field
•   Trained in the following areas:
•   CPR
•   HIPAA
•   QBS Safety-Care
