Summary:
The Associate Director of Programs will support the development, implementation, and oversight of programmatic initiatives at A Safe Haven’s main facility. They will work closely with the VP of Programs to enhance service delivery, ensure compliance with grant requirements, and optimize program outcomes. The role involves supervising program managers, tracking performance metrics, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of program services.
Supervise and support program managers to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to best practices.
Monitor program performance, data collection, and reporting for compliance and quality improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance programmatic partnerships.
Develop and implement training and professional development opportunities for program staff.
Support budget management and resource allocation for program activities.
Serve as a key liaison between program staff and the VP of Programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field (LCSW/LCPC/LSW/LPC/ required).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or administration, preferably in social services.
Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Excel for tracking expenses, building cost proposals, and analyzing financial data.
Knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements for government and private grants.
