He aha te tūranga - About the role:
Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, you will provide exceptional donor care and help to build and maintain strong donor relationships that drive our fundraising success. Some of your key responsibilities will include managing fundraising inboxes, responding to and delegating enquiries from donors, investigating and resolving issues impacting the donor experience, working closely with the customer services team to provide fundraising guidance and support, engaging with donors by making proactive phone calls to strengthen connections and enhance donor retention. Collating, tracking and reporting on donor feedback across multiple channels to amplify the ‘Voice of the Donor’ and enhance the donor experience.
As this role is deeply donor-focused, you’ll bring a strong customer-centric mindset and the ability to communicate with empathy and clarity. Your great communication and administrative skills combined with keen attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to multitask, will help you thrive in this fast-paced and purpose-driven role.
