As Medha scales its impact to reach 1 million students in the next five years, the Manager, System Adoption plays a critical role in deepening our collaboration with the government education system. This role ensures that Medha’s proven programs are effectively integrated and implemented across institutions by building strong relationships with government stakeholders, supporting capacity-building efforts, and fostering industry partnerships. By enabling smooth project execution and alignment with departmental goals, the Manager helps bring Medha’s vision of equal career opportunities for all youth closer to reality.
WHAT WOULD YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Government & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional leaders, government officials, and faculty to align on project goals and ensure smooth execution.
- Support documentation, presentations, and follow-ups required for institutional and departmental coordination.
- Ensure institutional planning is aligned with overall project vision and objectives.
System Strengthening & Adoption Support
- Lead and implement targeted campaigns and initiatives to improve key institutional outcomes in alignment with departmental objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration between educational institutions and local stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of planned activities and outreach efforts.
- Provide support to institutional committees to effectively interpret, implement, and report on issued guidelines and mandates.
Academic Quality & Learning Enhancement
- Support institutions in the implementation and reporting of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Coordinate and facilitate capacity-building workshops aligned with academic priorities and curricula.
- Establish a regular rhythm for academic reviews, including classroom observations and data tracking, to ensure continuous improvement.
Project Implementation & Reporting
- Collaborate with the Program Lead to co-design project plans informed by field insights and institutional needs.
- Lead the implementation of initiatives across focus areas, ensuring coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Share regular updates, including project progress, impact stories, and on-ground challenges with the program team.
- Escalate issues or deviations from the plan promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Innovation & Risk Mitigation
- Stay informed on emerging opportunities, policy changes, and challenges that may impact implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop timely and effective responses or new interventions.
- Contribute ideas for new initiatives that align with the organization’s vision and institutional priorities.
- Facilitate partnerships and MoUs with industry and other stakeholders to support institutional goals.
Internal Coordination & Communication
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal project teams, ensuring alignment and information flow.
- Raise red flags or risks to senior leadership proactively for quick resolution and guidance.
