Our Opportunity
The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients and cross-functional internal teams to identify,
analyse, and solve complex business problems. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for
understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and developing
innovative solutions to meet those needs.
You Will
- Work closely with clients and relevant stakeholders to identify, understand and document
- business requirements.
- Analyse and document existing business processes to identify areas for optimization.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional
- specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, to ensure effective
- communication and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure digital solutions meet business
- requirements and align with technical specifications.
- Assist in the testing process to ensure solutions respond to technical requirements.
- Analyse and interpret data to develop insights and recommendations for clients.
- Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide
- clients with innovative solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Provide post-implementation support to clients.
Requirements
To Be Successful in The Role You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent writing skills.
- Good knowledge of the context of Jordan and the MENA region.
- PMP certification (PMI) is a plus
