We are recruiting for a Work Area Leader.

This is an opportunity for an organised thoughtful leader to join a thriving charity that offers a competitive salary, company healthcare scheme and an onsite swimming pool. The role is in a small recently converted barn, home to five young residents. We're looking for a compassionate and proactive individual to lead meaningful work-related activities that promote engagement, development, and wellbeing among residents.

You will take responsibility for planning and delivering inspiring and interesting activities tailored to individual needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Your role will involve building strong relationships with residents and working collaboratively across departments to ensure the highest standards of care and support. With a strong focus on personal growth, safeguarding, and inclusive practice, this role offers the chance to make a genuine and lasting impact in the lives of others while developing your own professional skills.

Salary Range £25,690 – £28,512 per annum

Working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

52 Weeks
