Position Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of solar concepts including economics, electric rates, costs and products.
- Familiarity with affordable housing finance, ownership structures, programs and concepts
- Ultra-organized with demonstrated success juggling multiple demands
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- High computer literacy
- Comfort working as part of a team with minimal support
- Must be self-motivated and self-directed
- Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, affordable housing, the environment, or environmental justice

Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate or advanced understanding of photovoltaic systems
- Solar installation, design or admin experience
- Experience with construction bidding, contracting and/or proposal generation
- Financial or other technical analysis experience
- Familiarity with database software (GRID currently uses Salesforce.com)
Compensation:
This is a full-time position, compensation commensurate with experience
