Required Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively under deadlines with excellent time management skills
Comfort working in the digital space and meeting by phone and in-person
Comfortable working with diverse, technical projects and complex issues
Experience effectively managing staff Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work with minimal supervision
Prior work experience with community-based organizations, education institutions or non-profits
Ability to adapt and adjust to new priorities and unexpected challenges.
Preferred, but not required:
Qualifications experience with solar willingness to laugh on the job
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, Pardot
Experience in curriculum design
Compensation:
This is a full-time position, compensation commensurate with experience
