Minimum requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing/Sales or related field, or 1-2 years experience in a sales/recruitment field preferred.
•Minimum 1-2 years sales, marketing and/or recruiting, applicable customer service management and project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and practical work experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build authentic relationships with people from diverse racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and gender backgrounds.
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
•Experience with a volunteer workforce or membership organization is a plus.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Demonstrates and promotes a climate of courtesy, respect, and professionalism to coworkers, the volunteers served by this council, and others with whom her/his position puts her/him in contact.

Preferred Qualifications
1.Experience: Demonstrated experience in supporting inclusive community engagement efforts, preferably within the nonprofit sector. Experience in community outreach and volunteer recruitment is highly desired.
2.Commitment to Mission: A genuine passion for the nonprofit sector, with alignment to the organization’s mission and values, and a strong commitment to equity and continuous learning.
3.Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community members, particularly those from historically excluded groups. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
4.Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and community partners to achieve shared goals.
5.Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is preferred.
