Shift timings: 4pm - 12 am, IST
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate of Delivery Operations, you’ll support project management within the Delivery teams and collaborate closely with Finance Operations, FP&A, AR, AP, and Resourcing. You will contribute to process improvements and help uphold the high standards of quality and reliability that our business expects.
In this role, you will
·Work closely with Delivery teams and Operations teams for project setup and maintenance in Workday and Excel
·Maintain communication with Delivery, Finance and FinOps teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of system data
·Support Delivery teams in managing project financials
·Work with Delivery teams to assist with billing schedules and ensure client invoices are processed properly and in a timely manner
·Maintain strong, working product and process knowledge. Quickly master new product functionality and processes in line with evolving business needs

·Experience working in multi-cultural setting
·Fluent English speaker
·Strong planning, scheduling, and organization
·Experience with Workday or similar ERP system preferable
·Working knowledge of MS Excel
·Finance acumen
About you
·Bachelor's degree
·Experience working in business services or as a project manager, ideally at a consulting agency, marketing agency, or market research company
·Demonstrable experience across various teams and departments
