We are currently in search of a Development Associate for a Private College Preparatory School. The position is Part-Time (24-28 hrs./wk.), In-person, Temporary assignment located in San Francisco, CA (Oceanview neighborhood, two blocks from BART).

SCHEDULE: Part Time (24-28 hrs. a week); Fully in Office
DURATION: Temporary
HOURLY RATE: $28-30/hr. DOE
Is This Your Dream Job? The Development Associate will be “keeping the train moving,” providing data entry for the school using Raiser’s Edge. This role requires that the individual work 2-4 days a week in the office. This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of $27-30 an hour depending on experience.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proficiency with fundraising database software (i.e., Raisers Edge and/or Salesforce) required
- Excellent writing skills required
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Entering gifts into the CRM database
- Assisting with “Thank You” and acknowledgement letter mailings
- Updating and managing donor files
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, and answering inquiries
- Planning events as necessary
- Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
