Reporting to the Philanthropy & Fundraising Manager, you’ll focus on building philanthropic partnerships through strategic engagement with major donors, planned giving supporters, and Trusts & Foundations. You’ll help shape and deliver tailored donor journeys, ensuring meaningful connections and long-term support. There will be opportunities to collaborate across teams will be to uncover and share powerful stories, to support a range of donor engagement activities.
Another key component of the role requires a data analytical mindset to identify new prospects as well as ensure timely reporting and contributing to the success of the wider Fundraising and Marketing team to deliver Scope’s Fundraising Strategy.
About YOU
- 2–4 years’ experience in the fundraising sector,
- Proven Track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets by attracting new donors or CRM database,
- Experience with digital fundraising and CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
- Creative, energetic, and adaptable with a growth mindset
- Experience in the not-for-profit or community sector
- Familiarity with automated donor journeys and online project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Cleared National Police Check.
- Current Working with Children’s check
- Visa requirements for working in Australia.
