Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: Duties are performed in an enclosed office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and subject to disruptions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions while going to and from the office.
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 15 lbs.
Travel Required: Limited travel required. On occasion, travel may be required to our Placerville or Wheatland offices.

- 1 - 2+ years of relevant job experience.
- Experience in performing administrative tasks is essential.
- Experience with navigating a Learning Management System and/or Human Resources Information System.
- Experience with maintaining confidential information.
- Experience working with various software and other electronic business tools.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Instructional design, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Training Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role, focused on administrative support.
- Experience with Open Future Learning.
- Experience with Paycom.
