Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time to provide administrative, communication, and organizational support, with a strong focus on project management to help achieve the association’s strategic goals.
- Administrative & Executive Support: Assist the President’s office, Certification Director, and EVENT &Knowledge Team,… with administrative and project-related tasks.
- Project & Event Management: Lead and coordinate initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of key projects, including knowledge-sharing events and operational working groups.
- Member & Community Engagement: Facilitate communication with members, fostering an environment of collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Process & Systems Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing systems that enhance operational efficiency and organizational growth.
- Financial & Budget Management: Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and support the annual budget planning process.
- Fundraising & Sponsorship Support: Help plan and execute fundraising initiatives to ensure the association’s sustainability.
- Brand & Communication Enhancement: Strengthen ISACA Belgium’s communications strategy, from website presence to stakeholder engagement.
Profile
We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented professional with strong project management capabilities, along with:
- Advanced experience in Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or Event Management
- Project management skills – ability to plan, organize, and execute initiatives effectively
- A can-do spirit – proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Language knowledge Fluent English +1 of local languages French & Dutch
Address of employment This is a remote position, offering flexibility to work on your own schedule. However, availability is required for offline meetings with the Board as needed, including one evening meeting per month and some events.
