Job Description
We're Hiring: Personal Assistant at ENTUK – A Unique Opportunity in a Small, Impactful Charity
On behalf of ENTUK, I’m delighted to be recruiting for a Personal Assistant who will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and key committees, while also providing essential administrative support.
ENTUK is the professional membership body for Ear, Nose and Throat specialists in the UK. As a small but highly respected charity.
Having recruited on their behalf many times before, I can confidently share second hand accounts of how welcome you will be made to feel in this inclusive and supportive team.
This is hybrid role with a need to work from their Holborn office within the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons HQ, just one day per week.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of operations, thrives on organisation, and is happy to wear multiple hats. While PA duties will be a core part of the role, the successful candidate will also be a key contributor to the smooth running of the office and wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level PA support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and communications.
- Support committee meetings with scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Deliver general office administration, including managing supplies, handling enquiries, and liaising with suppliers.
- Assist with wider organisational activities such as events, education programmes, and membership support.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous PA support experience, ideally within a charity or small organisation.
- Is highly organised, communicative, and proactive.
- Enjoys variety and is comfortable working across different functions.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
Why ENTUK?
Joining ENTUK means becoming part of a small, friendly team with a big mission: supporting ENT professionals and improving patient care across the UK. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where your contributions are truly valued!
Interview: Wednesday 5th November (in person)
Start date: W/C 1st December 2025
