We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to coordinate and lead a range of
technology-driven projects with a strong focus on client engagement, business analysis, and
technical delivery. This role acts as the bridge between business and technology—collaborating
with clients, consulting teams, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the
successful execution of projects.
The ideal candidate will be able to translate business needs into actionable technical plans, lead
cross-functional teams, and drive results in complex environments.
You Will
Project Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception to delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, workstreams, schedules, and tracking tools.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely, quality delivery in alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client business processes and translate them into clear technical requirements.
- Build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions to align project objectives with client expectations.
Business Analysis & Solution Planning
- Collaborate with clients and consulting teams to analyze business problems and design
- effective solutions.
- Gather, define, and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Support strategic planning and solution architecture based on client needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution based on client feedback.
Technical Oversight & Delivery
- Coordinate with development, DevOps, QA, and design teams to implement project solutions.
- Ensure the application of development standards, QA processes, and technical
- documentation.
- Oversee technical deliverables and align them with business value.
- Work closely with Technology Architects and DevOps to ensure system stability and
- scalability.
Process Management & Agile Practices
- Promote agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and ensure adherence to delivery
- frameworks.
- Establish and monitor best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure thorough documentation, project archiving, and knowledge sharing.
Team Leadership & Human Resources
- Supervise and guide project team members, consultants, and external resources.
- Provide regular feedback and support professional growth of team members.
- Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Requirements
To Be Successful in The Role You Will Need
- 8+ years of experience in technology project management, with at least 3 years in leadership role.
- Proven ability to work across both business and technical domains.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, ideally with public sector or institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile delivery frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong working relationships.
- High tolerance for change, complexity, and ambiguity.
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
