We have an opportunity to join our small yet highly capable team as Senior Legal Counsel. The Senior Legal Counsel reports to the General Counsel and is responsible for providing high-quality and pragmatic advice, and developing legal services and resources, to ensure Hato Hone St John manages its legal obligations and organisational risks. The Legal team supports the organisation with a very wide range of issues and the Senior Counsel will be instrumental in advising on such diverse areas as:
- Commercial & contractual matters
- Medico-legal matters
- Property
- Regulatory & compliance issues
- Governance
- Estates & Gifts in Wills
- Privacy
- Safeguarding
- Project work
