Job Summary: The driver/vehicle maintenance worker is responsible for the safe/legal operation of agency vehicles and providing basic maintenance of the vehicles.

Duties/Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Transport clients to/from the assigned destination and assist them on/off the vehicle as required.
- Completes assigned deliveries and pickups, which may include shopping duties.
- Report any necessary maintenance work on agency vehicles.
- Prepares all required records and reports.
- Assures that vehicle is maintained in a safe manner.
- Ensure cleanliness of vehicle at all times.
- Assist and participate in emergency evacuation.
- Performs other duties as directed by the supervisor.

Qualification
This position requires a valid CDL or Chauffeurs driver license, an acceptable accident/violation motor vehicle record, experience in transporting wheelchairs, basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

Minimum Educational and General Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and 1 year of working experience with the intellectual disabled population preferred.
