đ Make a Difference Every Day Â
In Gilmerton, we support 4 ladies with learning disabilities and autism to live independently in their shared home. This is a supported living service, which means weâre all about empowering the ladies to make their own choices, plan their days, and enjoy life to the fullest.
𧊠Every Day is Different
The people we support have unique personalities, interests, and goals. As a Support Worker, youâll help them:
- đď¸ Get out into the community (if you have a driving license, that's a big bonus!)
- đ¨ Enjoy hobbies and activities Â
- đ Manage medication Â
- đż With personal care (where needed)Â Â
- đŁď¸ Make decisions and live independently Â
We believe in âdoing withâ not âdoing forâ â itâs all about enabling, not taking over.
đ Shifts and Contracts
We provide support 24/7, and weâre currently looking for people who can work shifts on a rota basis from 7am - 2pm and 2pm - 9pm. This will include some weekend work. Â

đŹ Ready to Join Us?
If youâre kind, patient, and passionate about helping others live their best lives, then we want to meet you!
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
