37.5 hours per week (across a 2-week rota and include 1 Sunday in 2)
Week 1 Monday, Tuesday 11.30 -20.00, Wednesday, Thursday 07.00 -15.30 and Sunday 14.00- 20.00
Week 2 Monday 07.00 – 15.00, Tuesday, Wednesday 12.00 – 20.00, Thursday and Friday 07.00 – 15.00
No late evenings, split shifts or multiple meal sittings.

Fire Fighters Charity supports the health and wellbeing needs of the Fire Services Community and offers a broad range of services tailored to meet individual need. We are there to support the UK fire family at different times during their lives and for different reasons.
We now have a vacancy for a Head Chef to join our catering team at Marine Court.
Marine Court in Littlehampton is located close to the seaside and provides a relaxing environment for our service users and guests. We are a friendly centre and provide a supportive working environment.
The Role
As a Head Chef you will supervise a small catering team, supporting them to provide nutritious and well-balanced meals for our service users and other visitors.
Working alongside other Chef's based at our recovery centres, you will devise seasonal menus, using your creativity to ensure specific dietary requirements are catered for, meals are within budget, and presented to a high standard.
Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the kitchen at Marine Court, liaising with catering suppliers, monitoring stock levels and ensuring all activities undertaken comply with food safety requirements.
About You
Naturally you will have experience as a chef, devising and preparing nutritious and good quality meals. You will be experienced in ensuring high standards of food quality and food safety through proper food preparation and kitchen operations.
You will have excellent communication skills and have supervisory experience, supporting and leading a small team.
Basic computer / IT skills are required alongside experience with ordering and managing a small budget.
