The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Roving Clinical Manager to work with our team in South Australia, across 11 homes.
The Role
As the Clinical Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, change management, AN-ACC and resident care. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Commitment to ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all resident
- Knowledge of the aged care sector, standards
- Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement.
- Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plans
- Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents
- Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures.
- Actively supervising, training, and mentoring all RNs and PCWs
About You
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Experience within Aged Care Sector as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader
- Infection Prevention and Control Qualification (required)
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACC
- Personal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of your site
- Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
