The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our CEO and Executive Office. This is a key role that provides confidential, professional, and proactive support to our senior leadership, enabling efficiency, collaboration, and organisational success.
Your Impact:
As our Executive Assistant, you will:
- Confidently support the CEO, Executive team, and Board with high-level administration, meetings, and correspondence.
- Keep the Executive Office organised and efficient, managing diaries, travel, and priorities seamlessly.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefings with accuracy and professionalism.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that drive organisational improvement.
