DescriptionThe Foundation Program Coordinator performs administrative operational support functions for the department related to funds received for deposit, purchase requests, and invoices, and coordinates processes essential to day-to-day functioning of the foundation office. This position helps bridge key facets for services essential for all programs, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service for donors, staff, and general public. In addition, the position involves a
variety of complex technical tasks that require knowledge of the director's work commitments and foundation priorities. The position is supervised by the foundation operations manager and is key to linkage between front office and program activities.

Required qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Business or Office Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field or 3+ years experience.
- 2 years of experience performing highly skilled computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, list management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with donor software programs.
