[What the role is]
1. Lead the development and implementation of data-driven performance management and financial analytics to support strategic decision-making
2. Drive the design and maintenance of dashboards and reporting systems to monitor philanthropic outcomes and operational efficiency
3. Spearhead data quality initiatives and process improvements to enhance analytical capabilities and reporting accuracy
[What you will be working on]
Financial analytics and performance management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance management dashboards, including KPI tracking and financial metrics, for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators and strategic objectives
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling to support strategic planning and resource allocation
- Design and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial and operational data
- Lead data cleaning and standardisation initiatives to improve data integrity across systems
Business intelligence and reporting
- Transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical needs and develop solutions
- Design and implement automated solutions to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes
- Build and maintain documentation for data governance, SOPs, and reporting processes
- Lead projects and assignments as and when needed
[What we are looking for]
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or performance management roles
Demonstrated experience in data cleaning, dashboard development, and process automation
Experience in implementing data quality frameworks and governance processes
Public sector experience would be an advantage

Experience in data cleaning, validation, and quality control process
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, and financial modelling
Experience with business intelligence tools and dashboard creation
Knowledge of data governance principles & best practices
Knowledge of the social service sector / fundraising landscape would be an advantage
