Master’s degree with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in child welfare, mental health, and working with children and families. Prior staff supervisory experience and LCSW, or related clinical licensure is preferred. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is preferred or Licensed Master Social Worker when under the supervision of an LCSW. Successful completion of the required credentialing process including criminal background check, and State Central Registry clearance. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, knowledge of best practices working with children and families, and demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
