Summary
Support the CSR & DEI team with administrative assistance to administer grants and projects. Track key metrics of progression toward goals, including managing the CSR software database. Assist with maintaining strategic partnerships with key nonprofit organizations in regards to grants management, event support, volunteer projects, board, or committee participation. Maintains productive and collaborative relationships with internal Kia stakeholders to deliver on stated CSR and DEI objectives. Supports administration of the Volunteer Program to increase employee engagement, including assisting with event coordination and communication.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 50%
Responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships with key nonprofit organizations, including administering grants and projects to include processing donation paperwork, check requests, communications to nonprofits, and project management documentation. Oversee program requests and writing assignments.
2nd Priority - 25%
Analyze and track CSR and DEI metrics, including management of the CSR software program and database. Track and submit payments, expenses and reporting for the CSR & DEI programs.
3rd Priority - 25%
Lead events and communications for the Volunteer Program for Kia America employees to include assisting with year-round events and measuring results for volunteer initiatives. Coordinate with all internal departments to execute events.
Education/Certification

A degree Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Government, Communications, or a related field
Overall Experience

Prior experience within a similar role in CSR or DEI.

3-4 years of experience in Communication, and/or Marketing roles.

Pay Range
$69,547.00 - $90,401.00
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
