As we expand our reach, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Program Lead to oversee the operations and growth of our social enterprise, ensuring we deliver impactful services that drive meaningful change in our community.

Role Overview

The Program Lead – Social Enterprise and Evaluation Services will be responsible for managing the business operations, delivering high-quality evaluation services, and building partnerships to expand the social enterprise's client base. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role combines expertise in research, evaluation, and business development with a commitment to social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Social Enterprise Management:
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to grow the social enterprise.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the social enterprise.
Program Evaluation and Research:
- Conduct literature reviews, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate insights effectively.
Capacity Building:
- Develop training workshops and resources to build evaluation capacity for community organizations.
- Mentor junior staff or volunteers involved in research and evaluation projects.
Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with nonprofits, grassroots organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the social enterprise at community events and industry forums.

Qualifications

Post Secondary Education in Social Sciences, Evaluation, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in program evaluation, research, or social enterprise management.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
Proficiency in software such as SPSS, NVIVO, or similar tools for data analysis.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
Experience in business development or social enterprise operations is a strong asset.
