Corporate Charities Senior Associate - Cambridge with hybrid working

Role

Advising on charity law, governance and regulation
Establish new charities, including drafting governing documents and supporting policy documentation;
Advise charity clients on high profile and interesting projects across the sector
Provide advice on restructuring and corporate structures, including incorporations and mergers, joint ventures and charity trading

You

5+ years PQE within a charity law practice or equivalent in house experience
Strong technical competence, experience and legal knowledge in charity law
Solid experience of transactional and advisory work for charities
Passion for the sector and a keen interest in advising clients on high profile projects
