Sr Account Manager for the Social Impact/ Development/ CSR Space
Company Overview:

Role and Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction and servicing: Maintain close and frequent contact with clients, strengthen rapport between the team and the client, and retain retainer clients.
- Overseeing a set of clients as part of a larger portfolio.
- Planning and Strategy: Prepare effective, comprehensive plans with budgets and timelines as per client's requirement.
- Operations and Quality Control: Ensure operation efficiency, systems and processes in place for clients, and enforce high-quality documents.
- Content Creation: Lead and own all content creation, ensuring client satisfaction with minimal iterations.
- Invoicing and Payment Follow up: Involve in invoicing and payment follow-up for clients, ensuring error-free invoicing and timely payments.
- Media Relations: Demonstrate effective knowledge of key media, influencers, external stakeholders, and industry bodies related to the client.
- Self and Team Management: Build and maintain great working relationships with teams across the organization, ensuring the team is guided on using foundation concepts and organizational tools.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in Public Relations, communication, and client servicing.
- Good client/account management abilities.
- Experience with Social Impact/ Development/ CSR space.
- Understanding of online reputation management.
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience in managing reportees and teams.
- Media Relations experience across sectors of experience.
