Job Description:

Business Execution:
  • Collaborate effectively on consulting engagements focused on technology policy and innovation, particularly in digital public infrastructure (DPI) and artificial intelligence (AI) in India and abroad.
  • This may involve: Understanding the problem, conducting in-depth analysis, framing practical recommendations, and presenting them to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting the implementation of technology policy and innovation initiatives like setting up Innovation Labs, Hackathons, etc.
  • Managing day-to-day stakeholder relationships, client interactions, and project management
  • Supervise a team of Associates as needed for engagement delivery
  • Develop high-quality notes, presentations, and reports for various consulting engagements
  • Attend client and official meetings both in India and internationally
  • Represent CRT and MSC at workshops, conferences, and events in India and internationally. 
Business Development: 
  • Develop high-quality pitch decks, concept notes, and proposals for submission to potential clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to thought leadership by writing analytical policy briefs, op-eds, reports, MSC tool kits, and other thematic publications
  • Plan and lead digital campaigns on various focus areas of MSC.
Professional Development:
  • Take relevant courses and training to develop or deepen expertise in digital public infrastructure, artificial intelligence, innovation, sandbox, etc.
  • Provide and seek timely feedback from team members
  • Mentor Associates and support them in enhancing their knowledge and skills.




Requirements

Qualifications:
  • BTech (Computer Science/IT)
  • MBA/MPP/LLB
Other Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in technology policy
  • Experience in management consulting
  • Expertise in innovation initiatives
