The Re-Entry Justice Program Manager isresponsible for the management of re-entry programming for youth and adults at Goodwill. The Re-Entry Justice Programs Manager develops strategy, implements, monitors, and oversees programming, ensures programs meet performance outcomes and customer needs.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Responsible for programming for youth and adults who are engaged in the criminal justice system, or at risk of justice involvement.
- Responsible for supervising staff in various programs and locations.
- Work with staff and partners to identify outreach and recruitment strategies to fulfill grant requirements.
- Implement and train staff on processes for intake, enrollment, service delivery, and follow up.
- Monitor, assess, and track program enrollments and ensure all performance outcomes met.
- Provide managerial oversight of staff including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and overall performance management.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, partnering agencies, and employers.
- Report performance measures and other identified data to management and WIOA, DCEO, GII, and other funders as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of federal guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Identify strategies for continuous improvement in all aspects of programming.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Basic Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or human services preferred.
- Five years of workforce development and management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with barriers to employment and understand and communicate with diverse groups.
- The ability to motivate and assist individuals in performing work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to within Goodwill’s territory on a regular schedule. Driver’s license and proof of auto insurance preferred.
Compensation: $60-$72,000/annually
