Compensation:
- In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role Summary
As a Program Leader, you will be pivotal in supporting children, youth, and families facing life’s toughest challenges. Whether you provide hands-on case management, help to develop life skills, or provide emotional support, your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve.
What We’re Looking For:

How you will Impact Change:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing Wayfinder Family Services VISIONS Adventures, and Year-Round Recreation Programs.
- Be aware of each participant's needs, i.e., clothing, medication, etc. Supervise all aspects of the participant's day while attending a program.
- Help in maintaining the cleanliness of the campsite, condominium, hotel, or other living spaces while on a program, Ensure the cleanliness of the living quarters through daily inspections.
- Drive a company vehicle to transport campers and staff.
- Ensure that the camp schedule, program policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to by camp staff.
- Ensure safety standards through training of staff, enforcement of policies, and supervision of campers.
- Ensure that every camper's hygiene is kept up and that all participants in your care receive sun block, especially people with sensitive skin.
