Compensation:
- In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role Summary
As a Program Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in supporting children, youth, and families facing life’s toughest challenges. Whether you provide hands-on case management, help to develop life skills, or provide emotional support, your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve.
This is a full-time position, with a scheduled of Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00am-9:30pm.

How you will Impact Change:.
- Ensures the health and safety of all residents, staff and visitors is maintained.
- Assists with supervision of residents as needed.
- Ensures that department personnel, residents, visitors, etc., follow established policies and procedures, to include safety rules and regulations, at all times.
- Utilizes Collaborative Problem Solving in de-escalating and providing behavior support to residents.
- Conducts behavior screenings for new intakes and collaborates with milieu and clinical staff in implementing behavior interventions that meet the residents’ needs.
- Conducts Professional Assault Crisis Trainings (Pro-ACT) and refresher trainings.
- Leads Youth Counselors in implementing Pro-ACT and Collaborative Problem Solving techniques with residents.
- Conducts campus perimeter checks or safety.
- Enters Incident Reports into I-track, as necessary.
- Supports residential programs with on-boarding and training new staff.
