What will you do
- Work with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities
- Support internal team and program partners to complete all program milestones successful
- Coordinate with stakeholders of the program to build a sustainable relationship
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys
- Analyse and report data collected from entrepreneurs
- Organize and manage program activities, including events, expert sessions with mentors, outreach initiatives, and more, to deliver the best entrepreneurial experience for founders.
- Work closely with entrepreneurs and other internal teams to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and facilitate to meet those needs.
- Always ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines while communicating with external partners
- Actively pursue strategic and innovative solutions to fulfil program objective
- Contribute to programs that support ventures inenterprise tech, fintech, SaaS, AI, and other emerging technology sectors, ensuring tailored solutions and value for entrepreneurs.
Requirements
You will ideally have:
- 1+ yearsof experience in a similar role or startup ecosystem
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to contribute to program designand strong program execution discipline
- A positive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to interact with stake holders effectively.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks.
- A fast learner with a passion forentrepreneurship and innovation
- A master’s degree in management is a bonus
