Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for staff and volunteer positions.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a resource for employees and volunteers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures related to employee conduct, performance, and benefits.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of staff and volunteers.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the organization.
Performance Management:
- Establish performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct performance reviews and goal-setting meetings with staff members on a regular basis.
- Implement performance improvement plans as needed to address performance issues.
