Job DescriptionHabitat for Humanity International is in search of a talented and experienced
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, to support and improve our IAM systems. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in identify management, governance, and access control, with expertise in platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and more. Deep understanding of technologies involved such as SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and RBAC.
This position can be based remotely in the US and requires 10% travel.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identity Management Systems Administration: Administer platforms like Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta, managing account creation, modification, deletion, and group/role management for optimal performance and reliability.
- Identity Governance and Compliance: Conduct user access rights reviews, implement role-based access control (RBAC), prepare compliance reports, and develop policies to mitigate identity-related risks.
- Access Management: Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs to enhance security.
- User Lifecycle Management: Handle user provisioning and de-provisioning, reconcile accounts for compliance, and manage integrations (e.g., HRMS to Okta) for seamless user management.
- Monitoring, Analytics, and Reporting: Monitor IAM system performance, respond to identity-related incidents, analyze logs for anomalies, and automate workflows to improve efficiency and security.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of enterprise-level IAM experience
- Proven experience managing IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access control, and compliance requirements.
- Experience implementing and managing SSO and MFA solutions, along with proficiency in scripting and automation tools for IAM processes.

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance.
For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $95,030 - $111,800.#LI-RM1
